What is dry ice :

Dry Ice is solid carbon dioxide with a temperature of -78.5 degree Celsuis, it can rapidly feeze objects and reduce the temperature. it is  a good colling insulated medium. At the same time, it is colorless, odorless and non-flammable, and produces a lot of white fog when sublimation, so it has been widely used in many fields.

Product Description

Composition:

This dry ice production system is composed of frame, oil tank, hydraulic manifold block, oilcylinder , electric motor , oil pump , solenoid valve , etc .

It has the following functions:
Manually adjust the oil pressure of the system through the pilot-operated relief valve, the adjustment range is 0.6-20MPa.
The actual pressure before and after the main cylinder can be controlled by the pressure relay.
Through the electromagnetic reversing valve , the compression , ejection , forward and backward actions of the main oil cylinder
are realized.

The model has mini capacity 30kg/h , 60kg/h is also available .
Mainly satisfy the small demands of dry ice pellets for self use .
Dry ice size mold include 3mm 9mm 14mm , you can choose one according to your demands .
If want several molds is ok , changing a mold by yourself is not difficult .
Stainless steel 304L body , corrosion resistant, easy to clean, long service life .

The machine need liquid CO2 as raw material , we can also provide a cryogenic liquid Dewar if needed , 210L , 499L optional etc.
