Overview

1) Imported food grade PE material can be used for direct storage and transportation of food.
2) Material modification, low temperature resistance, UV resistance, and fadeless.
3) Adding silicone sealing rings to the box cover reduces volatilization and loss, with a volatilization rate of only 4.6%.
4) The steering universal wheel, rubber buckle, and integral handle make box handling more portable.
5) The box is made of seamless integrated forming and rolling molding technology, which is sturdy, durable, and collision resistant.
6) To maintain the insulation effect of the box, pollution-free and environmentally friendly polyurethane PU foam is used.

An insulated dry ice storage box is needed for dry ice cleaning
When a dry ice blasting machine is working , it needs 3mm dry ice pellets as blasting medium .

WT-750B hopper capacity is about 25-30kg , but a cleaning project need large quantity of dry ice pellets . So we need some dry ice insualted containers, they can storage and keep dry ice for a long time to slow sublimation .

We recommend WT-ICO300 , capacity of 300L/250kg 3mm dry ice pellets , it is a usual type during dry ice blasting operation . The choice of most customers .

The exterior of the dry ice insulation box is formed by PE rolling molding; 
Internally filled with polyurethane for effective insulation ; 
Food grade materials, non-toxic, harmless, UV resistant, and not easily fading.

Equipped with 4 casters, 2 of which have foot brakes for convenient pushing and pulling of boxes, and fixed at designated points.

There is a sealant strip inside the lid and an elastic rubber buckle on the outside, which improves the overall sealing performance of the box and reduces the evaporation of dry ice.
